Directions	NOTE: Do not substitute generic soda ash for Easy pH Powder. Easy pH Powder 2.5 times stronger than soda ash for raising pH and does not directly add to the total alkalinit of the water. These features make it a far superior chemical for increasing pH. INSTRUCTIONS: Test the pH of the water. If the reading is 7.8 or higher, Easy pH Powder is not needed at this time If pH is below 7.8 perform a base demand test with solution #6 in the United Chemical Test Kit. The number of drops needed to obtain a pH of 7.8 in the test vial can be used to determine how many pounds of Easy pH Powder will be required to balance your water. Use the chart that comes with the test kit.
