What forms do I need to send?

If you are a reseller with a Ship-To address in California, please provide your California Resale Certificate (Form BOE-230) (NOTE: A California Seller's Permit, Form BOE-442, will not do.) One can be found by clicking here

Your Ship-To address must contain the same company name listed on the California Resale Certificate.

NOTE: Pre-purchase tax exemption is possible if you fax the tax exempt documentation with a valid email account referenced on the fax. This is only valid if you have already set up a poolproducts4less.com Account.

Guest Checkout orders may only be exempt from tax post-purchase, and you must fax in the tax exempt document after each order is placed.
